Margaret (Maggie) Isola, Class of 1971 for over 29 years before cancer took
her from him. They had two daughters, Tricia and Sara. He has
two grandsons from Tricia, who are the light of his life, Alan John (AJ) and
Nolan. He worked for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for over
30 years retiring at the rank of Captain.
Ron went to Kings College in Wilkes-Barre on the GI Bill graduating in
1979 with a BA degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology. After being
discharged from the Air Force in 1973, his family and he lived in Berwick.
He worked for the C&M Spring plant and Berwick Forge and Fabricating while
attending college at night to earn his degree. After graduation in
1979, he moved his family to Fond0Du Lac, WI where he entered into a
correctional career. Ron retired in Oct. 2009 as a captain and now enjoys his family,
exercising daily and his 1977 Corvette. Ron's oldest daughter, Tricia has
a BSN and is a cardiac nurse specialist at St. Lukes Hospital in Milwaukee,
WI. Her husband Alan is a first Vice President with Wells Fargo.
His daughter, Sara is director of leasing for NNP Residential LLC in
Chicago. Her husband, Scott, is Senior Network Engineer for Attorneys
Liability Assurance Society in Chicago.
